ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: You must not use Loomlyft to create, upload, process, or distribute any content that is:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic
• Nude, semi-nude, or revealing in a sexual manner
• Sexually suggestive, including but not limited to:
  • Undressing or disrobing (real, simulated, or AI-generated)
  • Twerking, provocative poses, or suggestive dancing
  • Sexual innuendo or erotic imagery
  • Lingerie in sexual contexts
• Intended to arouse or satisfy sexual desires
• Inappropriate for professional or general audiences

Consequences: Violation of this section results in immediate account suspension or permanent termination. No refunds will be provided.

5.2 Other Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• Attempting to bypass security measures or content filters
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our AI models
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. However, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload and process your content.

7. Content Filtering and Monitoring

• We employ automated NSFW detection and content filtering systems
• All content is subject to automated and manual review
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms
• Attempts to bypass filters are prohibited and result in immediate termination

8. Payment and Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused credits
• Accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

9. Cancellation and Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.

9.2 By Loomlyft

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms, especially NSFW content prohibitions
• Illegal activities or fraud
• Abuse of the Service or our support team
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion with 30 days notice (for paid accounts)

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

Loomlyft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loomlyft from any claims resulting from your use of the Service, including any violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
